First Blog Post

Hello!
This is my first post here! I am probably not going to be very active here, but I will make a post or two when I feel like it. This first post will be about a little hobby I've been messing around with for a bit over a year, Weather Satellite Imagery!
The USA and Russia are the main groups launching and running the satellites I'm gonna be talking about, although the ESA and a few other countries have their own. I am using an RTL-SDR kit! , which came with an SDR and a Dipole Antenna.
The two main "types" of Satellite I'm going to be referring to are the USA's NOAA series, currently consisting of NOAA 15, 18, and 19.
The other is Russia's Meteor-M N2-x series, which currently consist of N2, N2-2, N2-3 and N2-4; The latter of which was launched this February!
As of writing this, I've made a few dozen attempts at capturing an image, and even had a few successful attempts lol:

This was taken from NOAA 18 on the 27th of November 2022.
